Returns management

Dear Customers,

Returns are for you and for us an unpleasant thing - in addition, they damage the environment.

So let's talk about returns:

For your country, unfortunately we do not have a return label. You must return the package by yourself. Please consider, however, that each return means a great effort for our small team.

In our shipping department are not hundreds of people working . Rather, it is one or two.

After the arrival of your package, we need to determine by whom the return comes first - if you invoice or delivery attaches, that's a great help. Next, the goods must be unpacked. Now their condition is controlled. If the shoes are unworn and perfectly, only then they can be re-packaged - including a new shoe box must be used almost always - and get back into the cycle.

- Then someone has to pack the goods back into the right storage shelf.
- Then someone must populating the goods again in our system for sale.
- Then someone has to make the referral back to you.
- And in the end we have to pay the transport company, the return label.

As absurd it sounds: The entire process (including packaging material, cost and depreciation of the "useless" goods) costs more than the production of the product that you have ordered from us.

Therefore, we would ask you, both in the selection of your shopping cart as well as the return of individual items as carefully as possible to act. You act so that sustainable and responsible towards the Ethletic project and all the associated people at home and abroad. Vera Tung consciously also to the environment, which will be charged with any additional transport.

Please send the item you wish to exchange to the address below along with the original packing slip (receipt). If you no longer have the packing slip on hand, reach out to us at and we’ll get it sent to you! A refund will be initiated and you may place a new online order for the correct item.

We recommend that you use a shipper with delivery confirmation so we can both verify receipt of your parcel.


Refunds will be made via your original payment method. Credit card refunds will be made within 3 business days of receiving and approving your return. You will see this credit on your credit card statement. Checks will be mailed to the billing address on the original order along with a cover letter specifying the return details. 

Within 30 days of receipt you may return most items purchased in our store for a full product refund. Please note S&H is non-refundable unless the product was damaged or the wrong product was sent to you. We will also pay the return shipping if the error was ours. 

If the item you are returning was a gift, please enclose the name and e-mail address of the person who sent you the gift along with the reason for the return. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. We cannot accept items that are returned more than 30 days after their confirmed delivery, are not in their original condition and packaging, or are missing parts. We can only refund shipping cost if the return is a result of our error or if the product was received damaged.
